My goal is to always work with within your desired price range to create magical arrangements for your big day. This is why I ask how much you'd like to spend on wedding flowers prior to our consultation.

For the 2024 season, there is a minimum spend of $5,000 for full service weddings. A typical wedding with me will range between $7,000 - $9,000, but this very much depends on the size of your wedding.

Below you will find a list of price ranges & averages for the cost of our floral arrangements. This is meant to be used as a guide, to help couples determine what they can expect when inquiring with us.

This tool will allow you to price out the cost of everything you'll be wanting/needing for your big day. These numbers will vary depending on the scale of the arrangements, floral choices, labor and style.

This allows us to check if your wedding date is available and to also let us know more about your big day!

We will reach out to schedule a time to talk through your event in greater detail. This allows us to be able to understand the full scope of your wedding so we can draft a proposal & mood board! These calls are typically an hour long.

Along with your detailed floral proposal, you will receive a fun, complimentary mood board to review. 

After sending in your deposit & contract, it's official, you're part of the Finch & The Sprout family!

Every invoice will include a SERVICE FEE. This fee is the cost for delivery and transport, on-site installation work, time and additional day-of labor. This fee also includes teardown at the end of the evening. You can expect it to cost 5-10% of your grand total, before taxes, Depending on the scope of your event.

Need us to move florals around in the middle of your event? Or stay for any reason? This is an additional $400. 

Travel fees will also be added on, if your event requires travel more than 30 miles from the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
